Polycystic ovary syndrome
Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is a common endocrine disorder affecting women of reproductive age. It is characterized by a combination of hormonal imbalances, ovarian dysfunction, and metabolic disturbances. PCOS has significant implications for women's health, fertility, and overall well-being. This comprehensive review aims to provide an overview of PCOS, including its etiology, clinical manifestations, diagnosis, and management strategies.
